When will My order Arrive?

We will dispatch your order same day, If you manage to order before 1pm on a business days. If you miss this deadline, your parcel will definitely be posted the following business day. 

Standard Delivery of items purchased through after7.com.au will take 3-5 working days for delivery to metro areas, 6-7 working days to country areas and 10 working days to rural areas.

Express postage takes   Express postage takes 1-2 business days for areas within Australia Post’s Express Post network and a couple days extra for post codes outside the express zone.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy at after7. Here’s how:

Choose a category from the top navigation menu or specific deals from the deals page. You can also search to explore a specific product.

Select your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘Shopping Cart’.

Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I add to an item to my existing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces However, you can cancel the order and place a new one.

Can I cancel some items from my existing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to access your order, as once it has been processed When you order arrives, please send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund.

I Placed an order few hours ago and I still haven’t got the confirmation email

Please check whether your email is correctly spelled and also check in your spam folder. If you still cannot find the mail, please email us at support@after7.com.au.

What if I change my mind after purchase? How do I Cancel the order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please drop a mail to  our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to organise a cancel at support@after7.com.au

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we offer online e-vouchers to purchase on our website. These vouchers will automatically be emailed to you to either print and present or to forward on to the recipient. Please note, these vouchers are redeemable online only

Payment

What cards can I use to pay for my shopping ?

You can pay for your order by using the following: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and online gift vouchers. We currently accept Afterpay, a buy now pay later interest free payment method.

Why has my card been declined?

This can happen due to many reasons:  You did a wrong entry that doesn’t match records, Your card may have expired. You need to contact your bank for further details.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

We are unable to take any orders or payments via telephone. As we are an online private sales website, all payments our must be taken online.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

On ‘My Cart’ page, there is a box on the bottom right, insert your code there to apply to your order. Please note, there may be exclusions and terms and Conditions to using your code, usually not in conjunction with our dialy deals , clearance sale and multi-buy offers. 

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, After7 will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Will my personal details stay safe?

Shipping & Delivery

I need to change my delivery address.

We will be able to change your delivery address only if your order is not dispatched from our warehouse. To avoid delivery delays, please make sure your address and postcode is entered correctly.

Can I come and pick up my parcel form your warehouse?

we do have a pickup option from our warehouse only from the Melbourne region.

The committed delivery time of my order is over. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience. In such a case, you should immediately by dropping us  a mail to the customer care representative at support@after7.com.au

Where is my order?

Tracking your order has never been simpler. All you need to do is go to contact page on our website and click “Track My Order”. This will give you the status of your order. Alternatively, click the link in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

Can my order be delivered to a different address form my billing?

 Yes, it can. You will find an option to choose a different delivery address during the checkout process.

Digital Gift Vouchers

What is a gift voucher ?

A Gift Card is just like a voucher and can be used against a purchase made in our website;www.after7.com.auAfter7 Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.after7.com.au. After7 vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for refund. Un used balances are not refundable or transferable.

How do I purchase a Digital Gift Voucher?

Digital gift vouchers can be purchased from our online store. The minimum amount required on a Gift Card is $20, and the maximum is $500.

Do Gift Voucher expire?

The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the card is used during this period the expiry date is extended by a further 6 months from the date of the last use. 

What do I do if my Gift Voucher has expired?

If an After7 Gift Voucher is not used for a consecutive period of 6 months either for spending, the voucher will be cancelled.

How do I check the balance of my Gift Voucher?

Any registered member of staff in store will be able to check the balance of your after7 Gift voucher by login to theie account. 

Returns

What if I’m not 100% satisfied with my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price, and we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of shipment of your purchase to return your item and receive a full refund. As our goal is your 100% satisfaction, you may return your purchase for any reason or no reason at all. Items returned to after7 must be returned in new, unworn condition, and must include any boxes or free gifts that accompanied the original shipment. Upgraded shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

If I return my order for a refund, how long will it take to show the fund in my account?

Once we receive your package at our facility, the return will be processed within 2-3 business days. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your money will then be refunded in approximately 5-7 business days, depending on your particular bank or credit card company.

What if I want to make a return after 30 days?

After 30 days, you may be able to return your item for a store credit. Please contact customer service at support@after7.com.au for complete instructions on how to make a return.

The Item I bought is defective, or it was damaged in shipment. Help!

Any item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced or returned for a full refund.

Claims for items damaged in transit or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of the shipment. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible if your item was damaged in transit.

 

Technical Issues

I got all the way to the final checkout and clicked “Place Order Now” Nothing is Happening.

First, check to make sure you’ve entered all the necessary information including  shipping option and click ‘Place Order Now’ again.

Check your email inbox to see if you’ve received an order confirmation letter from us. If not, please Click Live chat for help ( on working hours) or send us a email to support@after7.com.au and we will help you to place your order for you.

There is no place to enter my details in Paypal option.

Make sure to select the PayPal option and click ‘Place Order Now’ button, you will immediately be redirected to the PayPal page where you can enter your details.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a after7 account, so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our signin page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
